Meet Jeffrey Dietschler

When Tom Dietschler's oldest son, Jeffrey,
wanted to follow in his footsteps as a real
estate appraiser, Tom couldn't have been
more pleased. Jeffrey began to investigate
the possiblity of a career change in 2002,
and a year later he took a leap of faith and
joined Bay West as our first appraiser trainee.

Like his father, Jeffrey is determined, and
has a strong work ethic.  When he set his
sights on certification he worked diligently
to meet the requirements. Within a few
years he passed the appraisal exam, and is
now a Certified Residential real estate appraiser approved by FHA in MA and CT. Today Jeffrey is our #1 appraiser and lead trainer.

Along with a bachelors degree from Westfield State University in business management, Jeffrey brings to Bay West Appraisers a comprehensive knowledge of Western Massachusetts and finely-tuned customer service skils.

Jeffrey feels fortunate to work with, and learn from, his father. He loves working with people and the real estate appraisal industry. From all indications, Jeffrey is among the lucky few who found his dream job early in life.

Jeffrey and his wife, Lisa, live in West Springfield, Massachusetts with their daughter, Sophia. When Jeffrey is not appraising real estate or spending time with his family, he can be found roaming the hills and hamlets of Western Massachusetts on his Harley.
