We are currently looking to add a part time Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser to our team. Listed below are the qualities we look for in an individual who would be a good fit.

~ Strong work ethic
~ Computer literate
~ Comprehensive knowledge of Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut

Although not necessary, it's a plus if you are a licensed real estate appraiser in Massachusetts and Connecticut, and if you are FHA approved.

Our real estate appraisers usually work in our new Agawam office once or twice a week, and at their home satellite offices the rest of the week. Applicants would be expected to have the essential equipment for a home office like an updated computer equipped with WinTotal, MLS, and a fax.
