A graduate of Westfield State University, Jenna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Science. After working for Walt Disney World Corporation and The Make-A-Wish Foundation, she took time off to raise her children and manage her rental properties.
In 2018, her father, Tom Dietschler invited Jenna to join him as a trainee at Bay West Appraisers. Transitioning to the appraisal field was a perfect fit for Jenna since she’s always had her hand in real estate whether it was managing her properties, helping friends sell their homes or obsessing over local market trends.
Tom's instincts about Jenna proved right. She's a quick learner, technologically savvy, extremely organized, independent, and possesses excellent customer service skills. Jenna took all the required courses and passed the appraisal exam on July 6, 2021 granting her the status of Certified Residential Appraiser.
On a personal note, Jenna was born and raised in this area and currently lives with her husband and two children. When she's not appraising, she can be found with her family on the ski slopes, hiking, reading, or volunteering at her children’s school.

MEET OUR STAFF
Bay West Founder : Tom Dietschler
After twenty-six years as a corporate executive, Tom Dietschler (pronounced Deech-ler) decided to pursue his passion. Real estate appraising was a perfect fit for his analytical mind and his uncanny knack for uncovering little known facts. Starting over is never easy but Tom tackled appraising as he does everything else... with gusto.
He worked long hours. Studied continually. He received excellent training, and in 1995 Tom became a Certified Residential Appraiser.
In 2003, after working for other firms, he decided to branch out on his own and opened the doors to Bay West Appraisers.
Tom has earned a sterling reputation in the appraisal industry as a fair, honest, dependable, and highly qualified appraiser. Tom is FHA and VA approved.
On a personal note, Tom and his wife, Mary Ann have three adult children, and four grandchildren. When he's not appraising, he can be found on a golf course trying to lower his handicap, or digging in the dirt in his garden.
