Although Tom Dietschler will train you on the Bay West approach, we will only consider applicants with a minimim of one year experience, two years is preferred. Certification is not necessary although we would expect you to be ready to take the exam within six months of joining the team.

Our appaisers work out of satellite offices in their homes. Therefore, an updated computer system equipped with WinTotal and the ability to receive faxes is essential.
