After twenty-six years as a corporate executive, Tom Dietschler decided to pursue his passion.

Real estate appraising was a perfect fit for his analytical mind and uncanny knack for uncovering little

known facts.  Starting over wasn't easy, but Tom applied himself and was certified in Massachusetts in 1993.

In 2003, he established Bay West Appraisers. 

Tom has earned a sterling reputation as a fair, honest, dependable, and highly qualified appraiser. 

Although he appraises all types of residential properties; Tom's specializes in homes

ranging from $1,000,000 to $6,000,000, unique and difficult properties.

Tom is an approved VA and FHA appraiser.

Jeff Dietschler began his appraisal training in 2002 working with his father once a week before deciding to switch careers. He worked diligently to meet the certification requirements and is now certified in Massachusetts; Jeff is also FHA approved.

Along with a bachelors degree in business management, Jeff brings to Bay West a comprehensive

knowledge of Western Massachusetts, excellent customer service skills, and a solid work ethic. He

considers himself fortunate to work and learn from his father, and to have found his dream job early

in life.
